CONDITIONS:

- Prices shown correspond to each night, and vary depending on the Low Season / High Season.
- Prices quoted include VAT rates in force;
- On the reservation per room included breakfast. On the reservation of space or full House, is not included, with the possibility of being served whenever requested;
- Possibility of placing extra bed in one room. price per extra person - 10€;
- Possibility of placing of cot for children up to 2 years;
- Check-in from 2:30 pm/Check-out till 12:00;
- Reservations may be made no later than one year before the date of occupation;

Damage: we reserve the right to require payment for injury/damage caused.

Booking: for the confirmation of the booking it is necessary to carry out the payment of 30% of the total amount. Payment can be made by bank credit transfer to NIB: 0033.0000.45428358328.05, or by cheque to the order of Casa de Campo Sossego da Lata, Unipessoal, Lda.

Booking cancellation: cancellations of reservations less than 10 days from the arrival date involve loss of signal, with more than 10 days the signal value will be returned or credited for future stay in low season.

Cleaning/services: cleaning and shall be carried out in the room or space including the change of sheets and towels, prior to the entry of new guests and every 3 days when the stay is more than this. The service may be changed / adjusted in accordance with the requests of guests. The schedule will be later combined with guests.

Animals: only allowed the stay of small pets under prior consultation of the responsible for the reservation, and if allowed, their owners are responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the space occupied by the animal and any damage caused by them.

Meals: Possibility to schedule meals upon reservation in advance (price upon request).
